Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right.

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
